IT Support Technician – Charity Sector
Location: Central London 
Hours: 9:00-17:00 (on-site)
 
Profectus Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in a meaningful role with a well-respected charity. This part-time position involves providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users, primarily within a Microsoft environment. You will ensure our systems run smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and support day-to-day IT operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users.
  • Ensure systems and applications (primarily Microsoft-based) operate effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and escalate where needed.
  • Support system updates, security checks, and general IT maintenance.
  • Visiting sites and completing upgrades
  • Password resets, Backups, 2FA
  • Windows upgrades

 
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows, Office 365).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently
