Your Role:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT issues across Windows/macOS, networking, Office 365, Azure, and security platforms.
- Work within Cyber Essentials & ISO-certified environments.
- Collaborate on IT projects (e.g., Office 365 & Azure migrations).
- Contribute to security incident response using SentinelOne & Huntress EDR.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years IT support experience (MSP preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/macOS & networking (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Experience with RMM tools, Office 365, Active Directory & Azure.
- Cybersecurity awareness & best practices.
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco) are a plus!
