Profectus Recruitment is working with a global software company who has multiple offices in the UK. They currently have a requirement for an inside sales executive to join their team on a permanent basis working from their Reading office. There is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
This role will make you responsible for a high number of existing accounts. You will work with a field based sales colleague collaboratively to improve and developer those existing accounts. You will be required to ensure continuous renewals of software agreements through monitoring plan renewal timescales. There is an element of outbound sales required from this role, around 20%. So you will be expected from time to time to identify and canvass new prospects.
The client is ideally looking for someone who has worked in a technical sales role before however this is not essential if you have similar inside sales or account management experience.
The role is compensated with a rewarding commission structure. You can expect to add £15-20kpa on top of your basic. The commission structure improves as the year goes on and the closer you get to target but the OTE for the role is between £45k and £48k.
