Profectus Recruitment is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a growing Managed Services Provider. This hybrid role offers the chance to provide technical support and deliver solutions across various technologies while expanding your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support (server, desktop, networking infrastructure)
- Manage incidents and service requests from start to finish
- Work within an ITIL-aligned environment to achieve SLAs and KPIs
- Assist with security vulnerability remediation and project tasks
- Become the technical lead for key customers, advising on IT improvements
Skills Required:
- Strong experience with Microsoft OS, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and networking services
- Hands-on M365, Intune, and cloud-based IaaS/PaaS
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
