IT Support Engineer

Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an IT Support Engineer to its internal IT team.
This is a varied role offering a mix of helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work. You’ll support users across multiple sites, helping to maintain and improve the systems the business relies on every day.
Key responsibilities:
– Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
– Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments
– Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices
– Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
– Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
– Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects
– Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice
What we’re looking for:
– Previous experience in an IT support role
– Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
– Experience with Intune and Azure
– Good understanding of networking fundamentals
– Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
– Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
