Service Desk Engineer – Maidenhead
Profectus Recruitment is partnering with a leading IT services provider seeking a Service Desk Engineer to deliver remote and on-site support to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service desk support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage system builds, deployment, and maintenance.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and core networking.
- Assist with IT projects and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Full UK work rights and driving licence.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
- 2+ years IT support/MSP experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in:
- Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+, Windows 10+
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra
- Networking (DNS, DHCP, Email), routers, switches
