Profectus Recruitment is seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Professional Services team of our client, delivering and supporting software implementations for new and existing clients.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to translate customer requirements into configured software solutions and provide training, support, and issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction after go-live. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Software implementation and configuration experience
• Strong working knowledge of data structures and SQL
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Desirable Skills:

• Networking, programming, web development
• Microsoft IIS
• Manufacturing industry experience

This position requires flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Travel will be required to client sites, so a valid driving license is essential. Most clients are based in the midlands or down south.
