As a Principal Engineer, you will play an essential role in technical contributions that affect the company’s growth and success. You will support platform growth, mentor and perform code reviews for other developers, develop solutions, solve complex technical problems, and lead architectural growth. You will work in partnership with VPs and other Principal Engineers in a squad culture as the company forges out and grows new teams.
To qualify for this position, you must have at least 10 years of commercial experience in software engineering. You should also be familiar with open-source environments and comfortable working in multiple languages such as;
- Node.JS Javascript, Perl, Go, and C++.
- Experience in Cloud production environments like AWS or GCP is also required.
- Skills in DevOps, Kubernetes, and Docker will be highly desirable.
- Additionally, experience with Microservices, low latency, software security, and enterprise customer-facing platforms is desirable.
