Profectus Recruitment is partnered with a scaling Fintech company who is recruitment for a Senior Product Security Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. The client has just opened new offices in Central Reading and opt for a Hybrid working model.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that prioritise security from the beginning of the software development life cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with the software development, security, and operations teams to improve processes, tools, and culture to ensure that security is treated as a shared responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the below;

Public Cloud Security and core components including EC2, EKS, AWS Networking, RDS, Storage, SSO, and Federation. You will have experience with DevOps tools and best practices, as well as strong knowledge of security and privacy principles including best practices such as authentication, authorization, and encryption.

Role Responsibilities below;

As a Product Security Architect, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company’s success. You will work on cutting-edge technologies and stay up-to-date with best practices. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product security architecture, creating threat models and approaches to analyse risk for new and existing functionality, and incident management. You will also create detailed reports and presentations on security architecture and risk, and collaborate with the wider security team to reinforce a security culture within the company.
