Profectus Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a Global Technology organization who are recruiting for a Senior C++ Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. The role sits part of an experienced team who adopt a hybrid working model with 2 days week based out of their office which is very local to Poole.
The Poole office is one of many this organization has in the UK and this office has a real friendly close-knit feel about it. They are looking for a motivated and skilled C++ Software Engineer to join their Scrum team where you will be focusing on C++ Software Development. Working alongside the rest of the team you will be responsible for designing and implementing new C++ features to a variety of cloud, networking and storage software products. You will be a key part in all stages of the development lifecycle including code reviews and improvement of development processes.
This position would suit someone who is primarily programming with C++ but also working with Python as the automation tests are run using Python. Additionally there will be occasions where you will work on the user interfaces of certain products which require JavaScript experience.
There is progression on offer with this position. The client is looking for someone who has a strong interest or recent experience in mentoring others. There is no immediate requirement for a Team Leader but with the plans the team has for growth this year, this position could move into a hands-on team leader position.
Skills Required;
- 3+ years C++ experience
- Python
- JavaScript (advantageous, not essential)
